I done resoldering again thanks to amtech paste, it was more easier. I am done with this problem I can get 4.92V and 2.431V on test pins.On the other hand, op-amp on 4 and 8 pins gives 0.738V . I also test the buttons with monitor and button switch 1 and toggle switch doesn't work. I test the pedal but gives again a noise without anything else.

ok I desolder the socket and solder amp on pcb straight away, now I got 4,85V on pins 4 and 8
lol I am so happy, I will try it now

4.81 at 2.5V
check that 2.5V is just a voltage divider, have a close look to that area, without the 2.5V reference voltage the audio won't get through!

I resolder all components again because two pcb to make double layer is not so easy, because solder doesn't goes on two sides.
yes I know what you mean, I did that before and you have to almost check every single lead to make sure that it is soldered on both sides of the PCB.
