Thanks anyway for your feedback. It's true that the power supply makes a big impact in the sound, also some arduino clones have a costed down power supplies that add noise to the circuit.
Anyway it's great that you found that bridged pins, the background hiss could be there but at a much lower level than the guitar signal.
