I found the layout and I think if I cut the traces that are highlighted with the Blue Circles and then solder jumpers (red lines) it should flip the input / Output jacks.
Correct?

This topic is pretty old so I dont think that we will get a reply from mbroderick127 (the author of the above image).
I did not verify it myself but I have been checking the idea and the circuit and makes perfect sense, I am 99% sure that I will work
