I blowed it up

I connected a 12 volt supply because I’m an incorrigible idiot, had a loud pop on engaging the pedal, and now I get no output. I’ve switched to a proper 9v supply and re-done all the board voltage and debugging checks; the checks in the instructions all pass. Could anyone advise on what component I probably blew, or what tests to conduct to find the problem? I’m extremely amateur with electronics.
