How to include pedalSHIELD pedals into Arduino IDE was created by Ray
There is an easy way to include all the example pedals into the Arduino Software (IDE). They will be integrated like the image below, giving fast access to play with them:
To do it, just un-rar the pedalSHIELD rar examples files into the examples folder
C:\Program Files (x86)\Arduino\examples\
(This path may change depending on your installation folder)

Well for Mac users it's pretty similar:
1. Locate the Arduino app on your computer (probably under "Applications")
2. Right click on it, then "Show Package Contents"
3. Then go to Contents->Resources->Java->examples
4. Copy the whole folder there
5. Restart the app if it was already opened
