pedalSHIELD UNO was fully developed using KiCAD.

KiCad is an EDA software tool for the creation of schematics and PCBs. KiCad runs on Windows, Linux and Apple OS X and is released under the open-source GNU GPL v2 free of charge.

The schematics and native files are free and open:

Hello,

And thank you again for the shield you shipped to me, and for the kicad file.

Quick question : do you have the full project with the pcb file ?

Thanks :)

Using the search feature. You could have found this...

there are no PCB's in the kicad file due to them not importing or zipping correctly, so you must create your own or dowload the transfer PCB file above.

The schematics (kicad files) and bill of materials are public and available. Also as scion pointed in his reply there are also pcb transfer files so you can build your PCBs at home but the pcb layout native files are not public.
